Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I get my plan each week?
A. You can access your meal plan at ANY time during the week by logging on to your account through the MEMBERS area in our web site. Just type in your User Name and Password and it will go straight to your account where you can open your meal plan. Remember, the meal plan is a weekly publication, so you must download your plan before it is rotated out of the site and replaced with the new plan. As a courtesy, we keep each plan posted for an extra week, giving you two weeks to download each plan. Please refer to the Meal Plan Options page of our site to see the posting schedule for each plan.

Q. How do I pay for E-mealz?
A. E-mealz charges $15 every 3 months to your credit card. This is automatically renewed every 3 months unless you cancel BEFORE you upcoming renewal date. Your subscription ending date can always be found when you log in to your account through the members area of our web site. You can cancel your renewal at anytime in your account, but you will continue to have access to your meal plan for the full 3 month period.

Q. How do I cancel my renewal?
A. Cancelling your renewal must be done by you - by logging into your account with your User Name and Password. Click on Cancel Next Renewal Payment under Your Subscription & Payment Information. You must cancel BEFORE your renewal date; however, you will have access to your meal plan until the end of your 3 month period. Please keep in mind that our system is automated and there are no refunds for late cancellations.

Q. What if I want to change to another store?
A. Just send us a request email at contact@e-mealz.com and we'll be glad to change it for you. We do ask that you keep your requests limited and that you not switch back and forth.

Q. Are these the same recipes that just repeat over and over again each week?
 A. No, we don't repeat the same meals from week to week.  We have many favorite E-mealz recipes and they will be repeated randomly throughout the meal plans every 5-6 months.  The goal is variety while at the same time using recipes that correspond with the weekly grocery store sales.

Q. What if I see a meal my kids won't want to eat?
A. Your grocery list will have meal numbers next to the ingredients for that day's meal. To skip one, just cross off all grocery items with that meal's number marked. (Some items are for more than one meal, so instead of crossing them off, you'll want to just change the quantity)

Q. How do you guys handle holiday weeks?
A. On the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter, the plans will be shortened to 4 days. Most families, due to traveling and family gatherings, are eating holiday meals and lots of leftovers. We try to provide "filler meals" for the remainder of the week which are meals that are different from turkey, ham, etc.

Q. What if I only need a 4 or 5 day meal plan?
A. Just choose the meals you want to have and eliminate the others by crossing off the corresponding numbered grocery items on your list. (So to eliminate meals 3, 4, and 7, you'd just cross off the items with those numbers beside them. However, if another meal you want to keep has those items, you may only need to change the quantity instead of eliminating them entirely.

Q. My friend loves the plan. Can't I just share the meal plans with her?
A. Only if you want E-Mealz to go under! Our system is automated and alerts us when passwords are used by more than one user. We have made the plan very inexpensive by design. We trust that you will help us get even more subscribers once you've experienced the plan at the low cost we offer. Remember, it's only $1.25 a week...ask your friend to subscribe too!
